Send us your details and we build a draft before you pay anything. Basic takes 3 working days and Advanced takes 7, counted from the day we have your content. The clock only runs while we are working on your site: it pauses while we wait for your feedback, your approval of the draft, a payment or your revision notes.

We specialise in affordable web design for small businesses. That focus allows us to keep costs low and turnaround fast. You get a professional result – without paying inflated agency prices.

To begin, we need:

• Your logo (if you have one)
• Business contact details
• List of services
• Any photos you’d like included
• A short description of your business

If you don’t have content prepared, we can easily guide you through the process. Or, even prepare the content on your behalf.

Your price includes revision rounds on the design before it goes live:

• 1 revision round (Basic)
• 3 revision rounds (Advanced)

A round is one set of changes you send us together. After launch, small changes use your yearly updates.

No. The price you see is the price of your website, and the first year of hosting is included. After that, these are the only other costs:

• £50 a year to renew, from year two
• Extra content updates, £20 a batch, only if you need more than your yearly updates
• Renewing your own domain with your registrar, only if you keep it in your own account
• A Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail subscription, only if you want to send email from your business address

Paying the One-Time price in two parts (50% when you approve your draft, 50% before it goes live) costs nothing extra. If you ask for something new, we quote it first. The optional add-ons, such as Local SEO, are only charged if you choose them.

Your first year of hosting, security and upkeep is in the price. From year two it is £50 a year, which also covers your yearly updates. It renews automatically once a year by Stripe. About 30 days before each renewal you get a reminder email, and you can cancel any time before it renews, by email.

Your domain is included when we manage it in our account. If you keep it in your own, you renew it yourself.

If you would rather move, we transfer your domain for free and hand over the site once it is fully paid.

The monthly plan is 12 monthly payments. The first is paid when you approve your draft, and the other 11 follow monthly from then.

You can cancel before you approve your finished site. Nothing more is owed, and the site is not published or handed over. Monthly payments you have already made are not refunded.

Once you have approved it, all 12 payments are due. You can pay off the rest at any time, and once it is fully paid the site is yours. If you have not replied within 7 days of us sending the finished site, it counts as approved. We send you a reminder after 5 days.

If a payment fails, we message you first. If it isn’t sorted within 14 days, the site is paused until it is.

Yes, on the One-Time price (£179 for Basic, £469 for Advanced). You see your draft first. Pay 50% when you approve it and the other 50% when the work is done, before your site goes live or is handed over. The pay-in-full saving applies either way.

We don’t publish or hand over the site until the balance is paid.

If you cancel after paying the first 50% but before the site goes live, that 50% is not refunded, and nothing more is owed. Once the work is finished, the second 50% is due. Before you pay, there is nothing to refund: the draft costs you nothing.

You see your draft before you pay, so there is nothing to refund until you have approved it and paid. After you pay:

• One-Time, paid in full, cancelled before the site goes live: we refund 50% of what you paid.
• One-Time, 50/50, cancelled before the site goes live: the first 50% is not refunded, and nothing more is owed.
• One-Time, work finished: no refund. On 50/50, the second 50% is due.
• Monthly: payments already made are never refunded. If you cancel before you approve your finished site, nothing more is owed and the site is not published or handed over. Once you have approved it, all 12 payments are due.

When we send you the finished site, it counts as approved, and the work counts as finished, if you have not replied within 7 days (we send you a reminder after 5). On monthly, all 12 payments are then due. On 50/50, the balance is then due.

Before you pay, we ask you to reply “YES, START”: you ask us to start work straight away and confirm you understand these rules. If you are buying for yourself, not for a business, you also have 14 days to cancel and pay only for the work done up to then (our terms, section 15A). This does not affect your statutory rights. The details are in our terms.

A text or image change to a page you already have, such as new prices, a fresh photo or an updated offer, up to 30 minutes of work. Basic includes 1 a year and Advanced includes 3 a year.

Need more? Extra content updates are £20 a batch: a set of small changes sent together, up to 30 minutes of work. New pages and bigger jobs are quoted first.

An address on your own domain, such as [email protected], for receiving email. Every message is forwarded to your personal inbox.

To send from it too, you set up Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail yourself. We add the DNS records for you.

It is a free bonus when you pay in full (Basic or Advanced). It is included if you pay the one-time price in two parts too, but not on the monthly plan.

A tool for making invoices, quotes and receipts as clean A4 pages, with your logo and business details on them. You can start from a template for your trade, add VAT if you charge it, then print the result or save it as a PDF. You can also send it by email or WhatsApp.

Yes. Every website we build is fully mobile-responsive and optimised for speed.

Most of your visitors will come from a mobile device. We always design with that in mind first.

You do, once it is fully paid. If you pay once, that is as soon as we have your payment in full (if you split it 50/50, once the balance is paid). On the monthly plan, it is when the last payment is made.

We host it for you, and the first year is included. If you would rather move, we hand over the site and transfer your domain for free once it is fully paid.

We build every site to be search friendly: fast, mobile friendly and tidily structured, so Google can read it. We can’t promise rankings, and nobody honestly can.

If you want ongoing help, our local SEO packages start at £247 a month, with a 3-month minimum and then notice by email, ending at the end of the following month.
