• Yours once it’s paid

  The site is yours when the last of the 12 payments is made. Want it sooner? Pay off what’s left in one go at any time.

• Your domain, transferred free

  If we registered your domain, we transfer it to you for nothing once the site is fully paid. If it’s already in your own account, it never leaves it.

• Month 13 is £50 a year. That’s it

  After the 12 payments, hosting, security, upkeep and your yearly updates are £50 a year. No new monthly fee appears.

• Leave whenever you like after that

  The renewal is automatic, with a reminder email before it. Don’t want it? Email us any time before it renews and we hand over the site and transfer the domain for free. We just stop hosting it.

• Nothing to pay until you’ve seen it

  You get a draft first: Basic within 2 working days, Advanced within 5. If you don’t want it, you walk away and owe nothing. The first payment is only taken when you approve your draft.

Buying from someone else? Here are seven questions to ask any pay monthly seller.

1. Step 1

   Send us your details

   Logo if you have one, a few photos, your services and contact details. No words? Say so and we write them. Nothing is paid.

2. Step 2

   We build your draft

   Basic within 2 working days, Advanced (all its pages) within 5, from the day we have your details.

3. Step 3

   You look at it

   Like it? Approve it and the first of your 12 payments is taken by Stripe. Don’t like it? Walk away. You owe nothing.

4. Step 4

   Changes, then live

   One revision round on Basic, three on Advanced. Then it goes live on your domain: within 3 working days of having your content for Basic, 7 for Advanced, counting only the days we’re working on it.

5. Step 5

   Eleven more payments, one a month

   When the last one clears, the site is yours. Pay the rest off early whenever you want.

6. Step 6

   Year two onwards: £50 a year

   Hosting, security, upkeep and your yearly updates, renewed automatically with a reminder email first. Or cancel before it renews and take the site and domain with you, free.

• It’s 12 payments. Once you’ve approved your finished site, all 12 are due. You can pay the rest off in one go at any time.
• Before you approve, you can stop. If you cancel after paying but before approving the finished site, nothing more is owed. The site isn’t published or handed over. Payments already made aren’t refunded.
• Silence counts as approval after 7 days. When we send the finished site, you have 7 days to reply. We send a reminder after 5 days. If you still don’t reply, it counts as approved and the monthly payments carry on. Ask for changes within your revision rounds and the 7 days start again.
• A failed payment doesn’t mean a lost site. We message you first. If it isn’t sorted within 14 days, the site is paused until it is. No fee to switch it back on.
• The invoice generator bonus isn’t on monthly. It comes with the one-time price, paid in full or split 50/50.
• Late delivery costs us, not you. Miss the 3 or 7 working days and your year-two renewal (£50) is free. The clock starts when we have your content. The clock only runs while we are working on your site: it pauses while we wait for your feedback, your approval of the draft, a payment or your revision notes.
